Community Activity Program (CAP)

The Community Activity Program (CAP) provides options for adults of all ages and skill levels to participate in leisure, learning and social opportunities.    Each person has the ability to actively participate, try new things, meet new people and explore their personal gifts and talents through involvement in activities of their choice.  The CAP program looks for varied community resources such as yoga studios, the local art gallery and museum, senior’s centers, fitness facilities and local parks to provide fun and fulfilling options.  Activities also take place on-site and include music therapy, pet therapy, communication enhancement, horticultural experiences, and much more!
