The Transitions Program provides a self-directed and individualized curriculum that supports adults to learn new skills and be safe within their community.   Courses are offered that assist the participants in meeting personal goals as they directly relate to their future independence.  They provide lots of hands-on and practical experiences.  Course have included meal planning, budgeting and money handling, understanding your health, taking the bus in your community, as well as other options.   Transitions Agency Pamphlet
