Keep up to date with the changes that are occuring with the transitioning from Special Services at Home to Passport.

The Ministry of Community and Social Services announced that effective April 1, 2012, adults who are currently receiving SSAH will receive that funding through Passport.  SSAH will continue to service children and youth.   The Link below is an update from MCSS regarding an update on the activity that will occur over the next few weeks.
